National CWL Convention 2018

The Calgary 2019 convention committee will be presenting on Wednesday August 15. Please review the following:

Time of our Presentation:                    Wednesday, August 15, 2018 – 1:45pm (after the lunch break).  This gives you time to change into your western wear and get ready for the presentation.  NOTE:  Please be outside the convention room for 1:30pm so that we are ready to process in for 1:45pm.  In addition to your cowboy hat, you will be given a prop for the presentation. 

Dress Code:                            Western wear – including Cowboy boots and hat. 

Length of our Presentation:     10 minutes

Rehearsal of our Presentation: At the Alberta Provincial Dinner, Tuesday nite – August 14^th
